When will my order be processed?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 working days before being dispatched.

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we'll always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to help.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

How long does delivery take?

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes.

Where tracking is available you'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Why did my items arrive separately?

Some items are produced by different specialist print partners.

If you've ordered multiple products they may arrive in separate packages.

How are your products printed?

We work with professional print partners using high-quality printing techniques to produce durable products with vibrant colours.

Are your T-shirts true to size?

Yes.

Each product includes its own size guide to help you choose the correct fit.

If you're unsure, we recommend checking the measurements before ordering.

Do the colours look exactly the same?

We work hard to ensure product images accurately represent the finished product.

However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Returns

Can I return an item?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we'll make it right.

My order arrived damaged.

Please contact us within 7 days and include photographs of the damage.

We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
