As all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing, colour selection or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional postage charges before being resent.
