Refund policy

RETURNS Vintage Inspired Print works with a network of trusted print partners to manufacture products to order. As a result, returns must be authorised before being sent. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing support@vintageinspiredprint.co.uk. Please include: • Your order number • Your full name • A description of the issue • Photographs if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect Do not return any items without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused or delayed. Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide the correct returns address and full instructions. Return addresses vary depending on the manufacturing partner that produced your order. For change of mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly. If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
